Yes, that's an odd blip. However, it is a fantastic shot.Twitchy government security?I think sometimes the unknown views are to do with browsers reloading that flickr can't read, and glitches like that too. But on that scale. Odd.
hits from twitter come up unknown on flickr for some reason - if your picture got retweeted, that could be a fair amount of hits . . .
